August 11, 2020 – Campus Del Rey, a new, creative office development located near Playa Vista and Marina Del Rey, has completed construction. BEC performed environmental and stormwater monitoring during construction in support of this development.
Between the early 1950s and 2013, the six-acre site was utilized by Teledyne Technologies and other companies for a variety of manufacturing purposes. The new space includes 155,000 square feet of new creative office space and shared open space areas, including an open-air gym and beautifully landscaped meeting areas.
